Returning to Sketch
While at NHS, my sketching has been minimized to merely quick communications and concept explanations; case in point:
But I have recently looked at some unrelated work I began a bit more than a year ago and am finding I wasn’t too rusty on the sketch-front—there’s some bones here I can build off of. These were a part of a concept for kitchen refillables/reusables I am still interested in pursuing. Sort of just ideation concept sketches for items like cookspace storage and vessels for oils and such. I honestly can’t enter a kitchen without actually analyzing and conceptualizing potential improvements; chalk it up to that and my obsession with finding unique glass bottles.
Anyway, I plan on picking this project up again and bringing these sketches into greater resolution and probably into CAD in the next few weeks. In the meantime, enjoy this exploratory start:
